About Caitlin

Caitlin is a fifth-generation entrepreneur, born and raised in Central California, with deep family roots in farming and ranching throughout California and Arizona. Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University with a Minor in Business Management and after ten years of working in multiple Sales and Marketing roles for her family’s multi-generational farming business, Caitlin embarked on a new career in real estate. Her deep passion for the beautiful and diverse landscape of the western states and love of the rural western lifestyle are well suited to the art of helping others find their dream property. While working for a Luxury Recreation and Outdoor Real Estate firm, Caitlin successfully closed over $16Million for her clients throughout Central California in just two short years. In addition to her dedication to her clients, Caitlin is passionate about raising top caliber cutting horses. A world champion cutting horse competitor, Caitlin is a lifetime member of the National Association of Cutting Horses and the American Quarter Horse Association. When she isn’t riding, Caitlin and her husband, Patrick, enjoy spending time outdoors with their young children, Ford and Georgia. Colorado has always been Caitlin’s beloved second home and she is proud to join the Coldwell Banker family and looks forward to continuing to successfully serve Real Estate clients throughout both Colorado and California.
