Professional Experience Serving the Real Estate needs of Fremont and the surrounding areas since 1988. There are many Real Estate offices on the Bay Area. I am proudly affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty my entire career. Education When I began my career in Real Estate, we did not have online courses. All of my Real Estate education was in the classroom environment. I attended Ohlone College and Cal-State Hayward. There is only one course required to obtain a salespersons license, I took all courses available at that time so I would have a more detailed understanding of my industry to better serve my clients. Professional Philosophy Over the years, Real Estate sales have become more complex. Each year many new disclosures are added to our contracts. Personal Background I am a lifelong Bay Area native. I have raised three kids in Fremont. When my kids were younger, I was heavily involved in local schools, from working in classrooms to PTA President. There is nothing more important in life than spending time with family.
