About Filirene

Bay Area REALTOR® Filirene Ayson is passionate about being there for her clients from the first meeting through closing and beyond. She’s known for clear communication in both English and Filipino, attention to detail, and client service that goes beyond the expected. After purchasing her first home with an agent who went on vacation just prior to her escrow closing, she knows the importance of being available to her clients from start to finish. Her goal is for every client to feel secure and confident throughout their transaction, and she considers it her privilege and her duty to answer every question completely and to educate them about the process. Clients praise her for her patience, understanding, and ability to soothe their fears and keep everything on track and running smoothly. Filirene holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Holy Names University. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she held customer service positions, including banking sales and service, and she holds a license to sell life insurance. She’s skilled in helping clients understand the sometimes confusing financial aspects of their transactions, and is happy to do so. Because she was raised with the belief that home ownership is all-important, she began investing, and soon decided to take licensing classes in order to better understand the world of real estate. Once licensed, she realized she could combine her love of helping people with her love of real estate, and her new career was born. Today she takes great pleasure in helping others attain home ownership or sell a current home in order to move on to another home. When not serving clients, Filirene enjoys helping out at her daughter’s school, going to the beach or the park, watching movies, hiking, and riding bicycles with her husband and daughter. The family enjoys trying new recipes at home as well as exploring the great restaurants in the neighborhood. They also enjoy traveling with friends and family. Filirene’s service never ends with the closing. She’s always there for her clients, ready to answer questions or to recommend a good plumber, painter, or other service provider. A long-time resident, she’s also happy to answer questions and assist newcomers as they settle into the community.
