About Chance

Raised in Fremont, Chance spent his youth exploring neighborhoods across the Bay Area while playing competitive sports, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He went on to build a successful career in enterprise software sales, working as an account executive with some of the world’s largest tech companies. His transition into real estate was driven by a desire to work more personally with clients during one of the most important decisions of their lives. Today, Chance focuses on delivering clear guidance, thoughtful strategy and consistent communication every step of the way. As part of the family-driven Belliveau Realty Group, Chance works alongside his wife Alex, sister-in-law Becca and father-in-law Les. Together, they bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to helping clients navigate the market and find a home where they can build a lifetime of memories.
