About Chance

Chance is a fourth-generation Californian and proud East Bay native. Raised in Fremont, he spent his youth exploring neighborhoods across the Bay Area while playing competitive sports, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He went on to build a successful career in enterprise software sales, working as an account executive with some of the world’s largest tech companies. His transition into real estate was driven by a desire to connect more personally with people during one of the biggest decisions of their lives—offering guidance, compassion, and unwavering support along the way. Now, as part of a family-driven business, Chance works alongside his wife Alex, sister-in-law Becca, and father-in-law Les. Together, they bring a personal, collaborative approach to helping clients find homes where they can build a lifetime of memories.
