About Marissa

Marissa Navar grew up in Southern California and has lived in Northern California since 2003, one year longer than she has had her real estate license. She knows the market well, possessing the expertise to make the process look easy — at least to her clients, which is just the way they like it. Though Marissa started her career doing home loans, she eventually moved to new home sales and eventually resale. Now, the bulk of her business is in resale. Fluent in Spanish and English, Marissa moves smoothly across the market and its demographics, guiding her clients and making their dreams come true with honesty and integrity. For Marissa, the American dream of homeownership was her original motivation to become a real estate agent, and it remains the goal she strives to help her clients achieve — whether they are military families, first-time homebuyers, or advanced sellers looking to maximize a sale. Ultimately, it is most fulfilling for Marissa to see her clients successful and happy. When she’s not guiding her clients, Marissa’s to-do list is always topped by her family; she spends as much time as she can with her husband, daughter, son, and nieces. She also enjoys watching movies, working out, and going on family excursions.
