I am a proactive and experienced REALTOR® who is committed to prioritizing your needs and guiding you through every step of the real estate process. I was born and raised in Contra Costa County where I raised my children Heather, Christian, & Cody, and still have strong ties to the area. I have been active in the Solano County community since 2012 and made my home here in 2017. With over 30 years of experience in sales and project management, I excel at finding solutions and ensuring my clients feel at ease, confident, and successful when buying or selling Real Estate. Outside of work, my life is rich with family, grandchildren, friends, and various activities, including volunteering. Real estate is my passion. After a bad experience years ago, I knew that could make a difference by helping others. My diverse background in Real Estate sales, ownership, investments, business, non-profit, and government equips me with the necessary skills to translate contracts, educate, and guide my clients with honesty and integrity. I am proud to be a part of the Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty family and I consistently update my credentials and knowledge to stay on top of a forever-changing real estate market. I am based in Solano County and have market knowledge of the Northern SF Bay Area counties, Tuolumne county, and Shasta county. But my client’s wishes for a dream home have no boundaries.
