I have been a Professional Business Women since 1984 in Solano County. I have experience in Sales , Accounting and Management in my business career. I have been in Real Estate since December of 2005. But been buying and selling Real Estate personally since 1998. My average closing transactions are 47-57 a year. Since the company merged in 2013 I have been awarded the Coldwell Banker President's Elite Award each year. I offer full service, experience and knowledge of Contract and Disclosures I get referrals from my past clients consistently. I give all of my clients individual attention , and keep them updated with all market trends. I have experience in Traditional Sales, Foreclosures, Short Sales and Investment Properties . Plus I am a Certified Tax Preparer with CTEC since 1990. I am honest and deal with my clients in a professional manner thru out the transaction.
