I'll identify the property value by assessing the current market and comparable sales, explain and assist with completion of all seller disclosures, order inspections, professionally photograph and market the property for maximum exposure around the world, secure a qualified buyer and enter into contract always managing a strict timeline. I'll explain the escrow and appraisal process in detail, then successfully close the sale of the home. If I'm representing a buyer I will manage the whole transaction starting with helping a client get pre-approved with a reputable local lender, Identify the most important features of the desired home, identify relevant active listings for client review, orchestrate tours of the desired properties then run a market analysis of those properties to identify the market value. I then counsel clients how to write the strongest offer possible to get the offer accepted!
