With personal experience managing her own equestrian estate—home to her beloved Dressage warmbloods—she understands the lifestyle and hands on knowledge her clients seek, from coastal luxury to inland wine country estates. Over the years, Lynette has successfully sold residential luxury, custom new construction, 4-plex’s, and commercial equestrian properties. Originally from her family’s farm in Minnesota, she later moved to Denver, where she raised her children and enjoyed the mountain lifestyle, including time spent in Colorado’s renowned ski resort communities. In 2009, she made Orange County home before eventually settling in San Elijo Hills in San Marcos, where she raised her daughter. Her commitment to dedication, discipline, and excellence was reflected in supporting her daughter’s journey from breeding and training horses to competing in dressage throughout the Rancho Santa Fe community. That same drive and perseverance ultimately led her daughter to pursue higher education at UC San Diego in La Jolla. Known for her dedication and future-forward mindset, Lynette Wallace is a trusted partner in the evolving Southern California real estate market. Education: B.A. in Business with a minor in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Prior to her career in real estate, Lynette built extensive corporate leadership experience, advancing from Accounting Manager to Accounting Director.
