Education and Training I am a Real Estate Broker specializing in residential real estate and am certified as a Global Luxury Specialist, as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (NCE) and a Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR). I have been in the industry since 1989, and am a top agent in the Elk Grove community. I have lived in the Laguna, CA area since 1993. I am a native of Sacramento, and graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and Economics and a minor in Communications. Background, Education and Training I am a native of Sacramento and have lived in Elk Grove since 1993. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Economics and Communications from California State University Sacramento. After receiving my degree, I also took Real Estate courses from American River College, to further my knowledge of the industry. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1989. Prior to selling Real Estate I was on the mortgage side of business. I have a Real Estate broker’s license, and for a period of time ran my own Real Estate company. My education in business, economics, and communication, as well as my knowledge of the mortgage side of the business, gives me the perspective to understand all sides of the transaction. I thrive on the negotiation process of the deal and knowing that I have attained the best terms possible for you!
