About John Ray

About John Ray Diaz I worked for AT&T for 30 years. I learned to manage projects, meet due dates, remove roadblocks, and meet or exceed customer expectations. I am very detail, and result oriented. I am fluent in Spanish. All of these skills, are skills I will use in order to help you in purchasing or selling your property. I lived in the Bay Area most of my life. In 2001, I retired. My wife Penny and I moved to Elk Grove. We have really enjoyed exploring the area. We have found wonderful restaurants, enjoyed wine tasting in nearby Lodi, The Shenandoah Valley, and El Dorado Hills. We have children and grandchildren here as well as the Bay Area. They are all within a two hour drive. In addition we are within two hours from Reno and Lake Tahoe. There is always something to do, All types of Festivals, Cal Expo events, Summer Music Concerts, Water Sports in all the nearby reservoirs, Snow Sports in the winter, and many more things. I am a member of The Sacramento Board of Realtors, The California Board of Realtors,The National Board of Realtors, and The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
