In 1985 licensed in Georgia, then in California in 1999, Beverly has experienced all forms and aspects of Real Estate from the residential and luxury markets to new construction, multi unit, lots, land; and even farms with chicken coops! She is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI) and bearer of the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which has been earned by just 4 percent of real estate professionals nationwide. She has donated her time and/or a portion of her own paycheck to many worthy organizations including Habit for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, The Breast Cancer Foundation, The San Francisco Food Bank, SF homeless Services Coalition and many more.
