As a second generation Realtor I was blessed with 2 excellent examples of how to conduct yourself, both as a professional in this business and on the larger stage of life in general. Both my parents were successful Realtors and successful Parents. When you think about it, that's a pretty high standard they set for me! I've been fortunate to be involved in this business from the age of 16 when I made the first deliveries of the new MLS daily listing sheets out to each participating real estate office. Our industry has come a long way since those days. After a 25 year career with major banks, which mostly involved real estate related lending for high value clients, I was motivated to change ends of the business and move from Lending side to Residential Sales...the same business I heard discussed every night at the dinner table all those years ago. More than any one factor it was the combination of a move we made to El Dorado Hills in 2000 and a newfound love of the beauty in the Sierra Foothills. Since that time I've been fortunate to work with so many great clients. They run the gamut from first time buyers to sophisticated investors. Awards for production include company awards and those presented by the associations I've been affiliated with. These include the Top Producers Club from El Dorado County Association of Realtors and the Masters Club award from the Placer County Association. The award I'm most proud of is the FIVE STAR Agent award. It is the result of independent surveys conducted with my Buyers and Sellers who completed transactions during the prior year. The award company tabulates the results of the surveys. These results are then published in a special annual edition of the Sacramento Magazine. Only the Agents who score in the top 5% of overall Client Satisfaction ratings receive the honor. I am a multiple year recipient with 5 consecutive annual awards. I appreciate the all the positive reviews and the FIVE STAR Agent Award that comes from my clients.
