About Kathleen

Kathleen O'Neill, Broker Associate Kathleen O'Neill has over 15 years of combined experience in commercial, retail and residential real estate in Northern California. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she served as Principal for Star Marketing, Regional Marketing Manager for R&B Commercial Real Estate Services, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Vallco Fashion Park; a regional shopping mall owned at the time by Westfield, Inc. A native of the Bay Area, Kathleen graduated from the UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She has served on the Northern California Marketing Directors Association Board of Directors and is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
