Professional Experience Katie and Paul obtained their Real Estate Licenses and joined Coldwell Banker in 1992. Katie was named Coldwell Banker's "Rookie of the Year'' in Contra Costa County in 1993, and she and Paul have been selling homes in the greater San Ramon Valley area for more than 20 years and have consistently been among Coldwell Banker's top 2% of producers nationwide.
