About Ashley

Ashley Mancera is thrilled to join The Julie Long Team at Coldwell Banker Realty. She is a detail-oriented, compassionate person of integrity who deeply desires to come alongside people during their home buying and selling processes. Ashley is an attentive listener and will work tirelessly to exceed the expectations of her clients! She looks forward to specializing in the West Side of Danville, the same area she grew up in and currently lives in. As an involved mother of three, you will often find Ashley volunteering at her daughters' school, on the sideline of a Mustang Soccer game or cheering poolside for the Del Amigo swim team. Ashley earned her degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She continued her education at National University for her Master of Special Education and teaching credential. After many years investing in the classroom setting, Ashley decided to transition away from teaching to spend more time with her family and pursue a career in real estate. Real estate is a natural fit for Ashley since she continuously keeps a pulse on the local housing market while managing her own investment property portfolio. As a licensed real estate agent, she is excited to use the negotiation, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills she mastered in the classroom to assist people with their most significant financial investment-their home!
