About Me My name is Jennifer Melenudo and I’m working in the field of real estate to utilize my knowledge and expertise of the South Bay real estate market. My history of a lifetime living in this area has enabled me to grasp the trends. As a graduate communication student from Santa Clara University, I learned that it's my innate desire to work closely with individuals and facilitate them in achieving their real estate needs.
