Having a knack for remodeling, I continued to purchase and project manage several renovations in the USA and Australia, where I lived for many years. Not only professionally, but personally I understand firsthand everything it takes to relocate to a new city, state or even country! My former career as a psychotherapist, executive coach and best-selling author of five books, provided me with solid negotiation skills, as well as the ability to really listen. I know how to ask the right questions to draw out what people truly need and desire in a home or investment property and accentuate the key features to focus on in selling a property for maximum profit. Living in Coronado, the two markets I specialize and work in are Global Luxury and Military Relocation. I have certifications in both and have achieved the Sterling Award for the past two years being in the top 15% of sales Internationally.
