I am passionate about real estate because it is a very important part of my life. Through my hard work and full-time dedication to helping families buy and sell their homes, I've remained a top producing agent since 2001. I belong to the International President Elite Club of Coldwell Banker which consists of only the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents. I enjoy working with all buyers and sellers, whether you're a first-time buyer or seller looking to downsize. I specialize in probate sales, short-sales/ loss mitigation/REO's, senior moves, military and relocation moves. As a wife of a former service member (Navy, USS CARL Vinson CVN 70), I understand the process and challenges of relocating. My husband is now a retired correctional peace officer and we enjoy living in beautiful San Diego. I'm also proud of having family members who have served in Vietnam ,WWII and as a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII. As a real estate professional, I'm grateful to have the opportunity to help families reach their American dream of homeownership. In addition to real estate, I'm involved in the community I work and live in. I am a Pacific Association Board of Realtors Charity committee member, member of the Elks Lodge, Auxiliary member of Fleet Reserve Branch 61, Veterans Organization, and also volunteer throughout the year with MI Escuelita which is the only Therapeutic preschool in CA which assists at risk preschoolers. My goal in whatever I do is to provide a high level of service and commitment.
