About Jeff

I have 23 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate. During that time, I also owned a property management business for 10 years. I specialize in the southern part of San Diego county in communities such as Chula Vista, Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Imperial Beach, National City, Bonita, etc. I am very involved with my community--having coached Little League Baseball and participating in the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. I am a co-host of a video podcast www.SouthBayFM.com which looks at current topics related to the communities in the South Bay. As a hobby, I am also an award winning poet www.JeffBettgerPoetry.com.
