Alma, a 14-year recipient of the prestigious Five Star Professional award, is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. Living in beautiful San Diego, California, Alma is dedicated to helping families achieve the dream of homeownership, with a “service first” philosophy that places her clients’ needs at the forefront. Known for her trust, transparency, and integrity, she empowers buyers and sellers by educating and guiding them at every stage of their real estate journey, ensuring both their immediate and long-term goals are met. Alma has been an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2015 and is currently serving as the 2025 First Vice President for the California State network, following her service as the 2024 State Treasurer. Alma is deeply involved with her local association, SDAR, serving as a 2025 Board Director and a Director for SDMLS, having chaired and vice-chaired multiple committees. At the state level, she is a 2025 California Association of REALTORS® Director and previously served as the 2024 Chair of R eal E state Finance Issues on the Transaction & Regulatory Committee. Additionally, she contributes at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as a member and California Representative for the RPAC Major Investor Committee, exemplifying her dedication to leadership and advocacy in the real estate industry. Alma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis on Finance, equipping her with a strong foundation to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Outside of her professional life, Alma spends her free time enjoying life with her husband of 34 years, their 4 children, and 5 fabulous grandchildren. She loves the Lord, traveling, sunny beaches, taking scenic Harley rides, and has recently started playing PickleBall.
