Bernard Moran is a seasoned real estate executive and strategic problem solver with more than two decades of experience negotiating complex residential and commercial transactions throughout Southern California. Before dedicating himself fully to real estate, Bernard was a successful small business owner representing a prominent Southern California restaurant franchise, where he negotiated and managed more than 43 commercial leases and acquisitions beginning in 1993. This early foundation sharpened his business acumen, contract expertise, and high-level negotiation skills — tools that continue to serve his clients today. In 2001, Bernard obtained his residential real estate license and transitioned into what would become his lifelong professional calling. Since then, he has built a reputation for delivering results with integrity, discretion, and strategic precision. His clientele consists largely of repeat and referral clients — a testament to the trust he has cultivated over the years. Bernard is known for his adaptability in an ever-evolving market. He remains committed to ongoing professional development through advanced training, industry seminars, and collaboration with top-performing real estate professionals. A respected leader within the industry, Bernard previously served as an instructor for a local brokerage, where he trained and mentored more than 1,000 agents through the Junior Executive Training (JET) Program. His leadership continues today as Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Envision in Cerritos, where he oversees and supports more than 109 agents. A California native and bilingual professional, Bernard’s range, cultural fluency, and market knowledge have been instrumental in helping clients achieve their real estate goals across diverse communities. He currently resides in Orange County and remains actively involved in both brokerage leadership and personal production.
