About Trish

I am born and raised in the Bay Area, I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate for 45 years. I am honest, hard working, and if I don't know the answer we will find out the answer together. I am empathetic to the stress of moving. I will help co-ordinate. I am a graduate of Bishop O'Dowd Catholic H.S. and a proud Dragon. I attended Cal State Univ. Hayward, now called Cal State East Bay. I lived in Alaska and Canada and I love to travel and snow ski. I can help with all kinds of sales: 1031 tax deferred exchanges, trust, probate, up size, downsize, I always recommend speaking to a tax accountant before making a move.
