About Calico

Calico Sachen is a San Luis Obispo native and has lived up and down the Central Coast, attending school from preschool through college locally. Specifically, she has lived in Cambria for over 25 years where she raised two children who attended the Coast Unified School District. As an ACE certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry, she spent over a decade managing a fitness facility. Calico brings that dedication and intimate knowledge of San Luis Obispo County to the table for the benefit of her clients. After multiple buying and selling experiences of her own, she understands that transparency and communication are the key components to a seamless transaction.
