Profile: A native of San Mateo, I'm now in my 36 th year as a licensed real estate broker. In 2000 I earned the designation as a luxury property specialist. I'm pleased to be associated with Coldwell Banker Realty, the region's most recognized real estate brand. Over the years I've been recognized for my sales achievements. I bring to my clients the ability to listen to their needs, substantial market knowledge, technologic prowess, quality marketing materials, and honed negotiating skills. Although entering the University of Southern California as an architecture major, I graduated with a degree in business. While living in Los Angeles, I worked in public accounting, finance and business management for entertainers. I have a great interest in historic preservation, and my "claim to fame" was to sell the 1916 Carolands château in Hillsborough twice. I've served on the Board of the Friends of Huddart & Wunderlich Parks, which restored the 1904 Folger Estate stable in Woodside. A former violist, I enjoy classical music and supporting the San Francisco Opera, Symphony, and Ballet.
