San Francisco Born and Peninsula Raised - Steve, his teenage son Alejandro, and their Frenchies Luna and Daisy choose to call Belmont home and they consider this area a special place to live, work, and play. With roots in the Peninsula - Steve developed a passion for Real Estate with his over 30 years of local experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Residential Lending, Title Escrow Sales, and RE Agent Success. As that passion grew, Steve cultivated a wealth of knowledge and strong relationships on his journey to joining Coldwell Banker in San Carlos. With Steve's experience as a Personal Growth Teacher and Mindset Coach, he embodies the values and practice of mindfulness, integrity, manifestation, and positivity. Steve delivers an outstanding client experience in everything he does therefore, he has created a highly respected reputation both locally and with a global reach as well. Steve believes strongly in collaboration with people and resources which is demonstrated by preferred access to a large ecosystem of local agents for Off-Market Listings, and trusted financial advisors for guidance on securing a necessary preapproval prior to beginning your search for new home.
