Dont let the address fool you, this is a rural mountain property tucked away off Bear Creek Road, down a gated private road, offering 71+ acres of forest, privacy and adventure. County records confirm 71.119 acres with TP (Timber Production) zoning. An existing nonconforming off-grid cabin is nestled among the redwoods with a covered porch and deck overlooking the forest. It needs a deep clean and some love, but could shine as a rustic mountain retreat. Explore old trails throughout the property, including what the seller reports was once an approximately 2-mile dirt-bike track. Reestablish them for hiking, biking, dog walking or exploring your own piece of the mountains. On an upper flat area, shipping containers and a covered work/storage area provide room for tools, equipment and gear. Water is a special feature, with two springs reportedly running year-round plus a seasonal spring. County mapping identifies intermittent and perennial streams. Two 500-gallon water tanks are included
