Hi, I’m Chelsey Carroll! I made the move from San Diego to the mountains in 2021 in search of a slower pace of life and a deeper sense of home. What began as a leap of faith quickly became a lifestyle I truly love, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. As a homeowner and local resident, I’ve developed a genuine appreciation for the mountain communities and everything they have to offer. There’s something incredibly special about helping people find not just a house, but a place where they can build a life, make memories, and truly feel at home. Before beginning my career in real estate, I built an extensive background in hospitality, customer service and sales, with experience ranging from managing a lakefront coffee shop to wedding sales and event coordination. Those roles taught me the value of exceptional communication, thoughtful attention to detail, and creating memorable client experiences.
