The information she gathers from listening carefully to her client's wish list is the motivating force behind every real estate transaction. She is committed to providing her clients with thorough, innovative, and professional representation. Born in the Bay Area, Kathie grew up in the South Bay. She lives in the East Bay and knows East Bay communities and neighborhoods from her own personal and professional pursuits and through her community involvement over three decades. Serving Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington, Richmond, and San Leandro. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND EDUCATION Kathie's community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Berkeley Association of Realtors, the East Bay French American School, The College Preparatory School Parents Association, and The Pacific Mozart Ensemble. While serving as the President of the Board and Executive Director of The Pacific Mozart Ensemble, she helped produce concerts throughout the Bay Area. She is a member of the UC Botanical Garden and the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association. Kathie's study of residential architecture and Bay Area architects is an on-going pursuit. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Stanford University.
