David has been solving problems, communicating solutions, and leading teams since 1985 as an architect, author and now as a real estate agent. He has solved problems for commercial developers, educators, scientists, home owners, business owners, and wine drinkers. David Locicero is an architect, real estate sales agent, author, wine enthusiast, fountain pen collector, and home cook. He lives in Oakland, CA. He grew up for the most part in Las Vegas, Nevada during the 60′s and 70′s, with extended stays during that time in Seattle, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He attended the University of Oregon, including a semester in Rome, Italy, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture. His graduate degree is in architectural history and theories from the Architectural Association School of Architecture Graduate School. The Architectural Association is located in London, UK.
