Here for both Buyers and Sellers Growing up in a family with diversified real estate holdings and interests that included agricultural land ownership and leasing, packing house processing, and diversified commercial real estate leasing (industrial, retail, office and residential (apartments)), I have had a wide exposure to real estate activities of all kinds. I have been living in Berkeley since 1969 and have great familiarity with the Bay Area, as I worked in its various counties from Solano and Marin to Santa Clara. I am looking at real estate holding, sharing, disposing, selling, purchasing, leasing, lending and borrowing of residential and commercial real estate of any type as a major investment which must be estimated, simulated and optimized professionally. I received my PhD in Applied Economics and Marketing from the School of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley and taught there, and at the College of Business at San Jose State University for many years. I am an Emeritus Professor of San Jose State University, and a Professor of Business at Lincoln University, where I am teaching MBA and DBA courses in Real Estate Finance and Investment, Marketing and Economics. My real estate service is based on a considerable wealth of pertinent academic and industrial knowledge at both the global and local levels. Over the years, I contributed to the development of theory and practice of urban economics and real estate in the Bay Area, and globally, in a variety of ways including as a fellow of the Mineta Institute of Transportation and the econometrics designer for the Mortgage Based Securities trade for Tuttle’s. Hence, I am offering an approach where your real estate investment decisions would be aided by a professional interpretation of systematic economic conditions as applied to evolving local situations.
