About Nicholas

As a second generation Realtor with 20 years of construction experience, my dedication to my clients and my ability to solve complex issues under pressure has led to a proven record of success. I continue to receive extensive training on everything Real Estate. My contract and Real Estate knowledge are among my strongest skills. I have the unique ability to help my buyers envision what could make a property into the perfect home and my sellers to make the most cost effective upgrades to their property prior to listing. I attended college to become a teacher where I received a dual major bachelor degree in special and general education. Although life took me on much different path, I still very much use the knowledge I gained through my education. I thoroughly enjoy implementing the skills I acquired to educate my buyers and sellers and be a trusted guide through their journey. I am a proud father of four amazing children and lucky enough to be married to the most wonderful woman, who has supported me in every aspect of my life.
