About Erin

Erin Crompton serves Solano County (Benicia, Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, American Canyon), Santa Rosa (Sebastopol, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Petaluma) and beyond. A former mortgage underwriter, she brings her past knowledge and her expertise of todays real estate market to every transaction helping guide buyers, sellers and investors to navigate pricing, negotiation and closing with confidence. Erin holds several specialty certifications: She is a Certified Probate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Full Service Professionl (CFSP) and e-Pro certified in digital marketing agent. She advises first time homebuyers, luxury homebuyers, sellers, seniors, relocation clients and families navigating trust and probate sales with care and clear communication. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Solano Association of Realtors and was named the Benicia Chamber of Commerce's 2025 Ambassador of the Year for her community involvement and leadership. Erin is dedicated to ensuring that each client's experience is stress-free and successful. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking and traveling.
