About Alicia

Alicia Brightwell (Bortolazzo) Real estate is more than my career, it’s part of my family’s story and part of who I am. I grew up in Benicia, attending Benicia public schools and building lifelong connections throughout this community. In 1981, my father, Richard Bortolazzo, opened the doors of our family brokerage as Better Homes Realty, and in 1991 we proudly became Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific. Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and that foundation has shaped the way I serve my clients today. I earned my real estate license in 2013 and have been a full-time Realtor ever since. Over the years, I’ve helped more than 100 buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Whether they are first-time homebuyers, growing families, investors, or longtime homeowners ready for their next chapter. In 2019, I obtained my broker’s license, and in 2021 I was honored to serve as President of the Solano Association of Realtors, advocating for both our industry and our local community. Today, I continue to actively sell real estate while also serving in a management role at Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific. This dual perspective allows me to bring both hands-on market experience and high-level expertise to every transaction. My clients benefit from strong negotiation skills, deep local knowledge, and the backing of a respected brokerage that has been serving Solano County for over four decades.
