Welcome! I am proud to say I am a Realtor and I love what I do! Buying and selling homes is a collaborative effort, and I work hard with other agents, escrow officers, lenders, and appraisers to ensure positive results for my clients. I treat every transaction as if it were the most important transaction of my career. Whether you are buying your first home, selling your current home, building a new home, buying a rental property or multi-family unit, I will be there to help you from beginning to end. As a Bakersfield native I have a strong network within the local real estate community. I have a degree in Ag Business with a minor in Credit and Appraisal, a teaching credential, and am a Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award winner. I owned and operated a nationally franchised clothing boutique for eight years and designed, built, and acted as general contractor on the construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. home. In my spare time (who has spare time in the real estate business?!) I exercise, run half-marathons, full-marathons and 5 and 10k's. I am always ready for a challenge.
