Meena Sanghera is a current Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Preferred, Realtors where her business is mainly Commercial, Land and Agriculture real estate sales and leases. She is familiar with, and has business ties to, many areas throughout California, allowing her to meet the needs of her clientele and their varied real estate investment requirements. She is multi-lingual speaking English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujrati and Swahili. Ms. Sanghera has been a licensed Realtor in the state of California since 1987 and quickly established herself as one of the top 5% of her Brokerage. She immersed herself into the commercial, land and agricultural side of real estate becoming extremely proficient. Her drive and expertise in this specialty propelled her into award-winning status, including Top Commercial Sales Agent in California for 1997. During her career she has earned the President’s Circle, Chairman’s Circle and Leading Edge awards, which represent the top 10% of her Company nationwide. Ms. Sanghera also established B2B Trade Company in 2005, a steel and agricultural commodities brokerage exporting to national and international facilities. She organized and took the first international trade delegation, Institute of Scrap Recycling Industry (ISRI), to India. She was also appointed as a trade advisor to the state of California's economic commission, Under Governor A. Schwarzennegger and Lt governor Bustamante. Ms. Sanghera has a wide reach in her community where she is an effective resource. She has organized discussion panels with state and local officials regarding hate crimes; volunteered with local District Attorney’s Office on Sikh issues following September 11, 2001; organized events to benefit homeless shelters; volunteered to help local kids with drug related problems and rehabilitation, and organized blood drives.
