About Belia

Having spent most of my life in beautiful Humboldt County, I’m continually inspired by it’s dramatic coastline, winding rivers, and mountain landscapes. My deep-rooted connection to this community has fueled a lifelong passion for contributing in meaningful ways, especially through volunteering with local youth programs. My interest in real estate began with a personal dream: to build a home on our own land and create long-term security through investment properties. After living in Maui, my husband and I returned to Humboldt in the early 2000s to raise our family. We purchased and developed raw land, designed and built our home, and grew a construction business. Along the way, we began building a rental portfolio, which continues to grow today. Becoming a licensed Realtor was a natural next step. Based in Arcata, I’m proud to combine hands-on experience in construction and property development with in-depth local knowledge to help clients achieve their real estate goals whether buying, selling, or investing.
