Born in Chicago and raised in Lafayette and Orinda, CA, Rick moved to Aptos after graduating from the University of Southern California in 1989. An elite U.S.P.T.A tennis/pickleball pro, Rick is part owner of Seascape Sports Club. He was ranked #1 nationally in Men's Doubles Tennis for 6 years, remaining a top player in his age group. After living in Hawaii for several years, where he finished in the top 7% internationally with Coldwell Banker Island Properties in 2021, Rick returned to California. Leveraging 10+ years of real estate expertise, he guides Central Coast clients with 24/7 availability and personalized service. As part of Coldwell Banker's global network since 2016, Rick simplifies the transaction process by using his market knowledge. He upholds the company’s founding principles of professionalism and customer service established in 1906.
