About Me Kendra is a native of Santa Cruz, who grow up right here in Pleasure Point and is deeply rooted in the local community. A second generation realtor, Kendra has been mentored by and has worked alongside her mother, a successful local realtor since 2004. Kendra has been practicing real estate since 2015. She also works in a partnership with Erik Maier who has been practicing successfully for the last 8 years. Kendra also has maintained close relationships with local probate, estate planning, and Real Estate attorneys.
