Real estate is my passion! I have been licensed and working full time at this incredible profession of over 18 years now. My background in interior and landscape design combined with my mad people skills have continually paid off and I have consistently been a top producer with Lyon Real Estate for the bulk of my career. I am proud to have raised my Daughter in the Foothills of Placer County (Meadow Vista and Auburn specifically) surrounded by forests and rivers and a wonderful community. Last year I decided to transition to a new area, Santa Cruz. The ocean called so I started visiting friends here and on my 4th visit I decided I was ready to make a change, so I did. I have continued to work with my longtime sphere up in Placer County while settling into my new life here in Aptos. Recently I changed brokerages to Coldwell Banker so that I can easily continue to work with select clients in Auburn as well as start to branch out in my new HOME. The variety of properties and unique microcosms here really lend themselves to something for everyone. From a Pleasure Point surf lifestyle to a more rural ranch experience to the vibrant West Side....There is literally something for everyone! One of my favorite aspects of my work is to get to know my clients and hone in on which areas might appeal to them if they are unfamiliar. A home is so much more than the structure itself. To me HOME is all about orientation, exposure, lifestyle and flow. Living in a home that checks all of the boxes that are critical to YOU is truly magical. We are all different and that is part of the fun! I think you will find me to be easy to work with. I pride myself in turning clients into friends. I have a very relational style of working and this has enhanced my relationships and reputation amongst my colleagues as well as my clients.
