About Me Carol was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California. She understands the unique character of the Monterey Bay and what makes it a truly special place for people across the globe. As an adult, Carol has traveled extensively but always looks forward to coming home to our beautiful coast where you can enjoy gorgeous scenery, infinite cultural opportunities, and a climate that cannot be matched. Over the past twenty years in her role as Case Administrator for a Court Appointed Trustee and Receiver, Carol has gained successful negotiation skills, diligent record keeping, and dynamic management practices that will serve her clients well. The challenges posed by court ordered real estate transactions is something Carol is very familiar with, and she can assist her clients in navigating those challenges to a successful conclusion. Carol understands that buying and selling a house can be one of the most stressful life events for many and she aims to take the stress off.
