Pretty little piece of the Ozarks on a paved road. There are several very level building sites just off the road. Although a septic system permit was issued in 2013, a new permit would need to be issued. As you move towards the creek, the property slopes considerably, but it's a great place to go exploring. Only minutes from Fairfield Bay's mountain biking and ATV trails, marina, golf courses and restaurants. Will confirm, but I believe this property is not restricted. The creek could be a seasonal creek, but it did have water in it when I looked at it, and it hadn't rained in a while. There is an old 10x15 storage building on the property.
