Valerie began her career in real estate as a mortgage lender, working closely alongside agents and brokers and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the financing side of the transaction. This foundation gives her clients a distinct advantage, as she understands every stage of the buying and selling process from contract to closing. In her first full year with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, Valerie was honored with the prestigious George Faucette, Sr. Team Spirit Award — a recognition given to the agent who best exemplifies the business practices, integrity, collaboration, and success modeled by one of the company’s original founders. This early achievement set the tone for a career defined by leadership, professionalism, and results. Today, Valerie serves as Team Leader of the award-winning real estate group, The Home Team. Under her leadership, the team has earned first place honors in Listings Sold, Closed Units, and Adjusted Gross Commission for seven consecutive years.
