With over 25 years of experience as a business owner and entrepreneur, I bring a unique perspective to real estate in the Carroll County region. My husband, Jeff, and I have been married for 32 years, and after raising three wonderful children, we moved to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, drawn by its vibrant community and opportunities for growth. Before entering real estate, we owned and operated an audio-visual integration company for two decades, serving corporations, churches, and homeowners by providing sound, projection, lighting, and technology solutions. In 2018, we made a bold career change, purchasing and renovating a historic building in downtown Eureka Springs to create Eureka Springs Coffee House. This venture allowed us to embrace and contribute to the local community further with a restaurant, coffee shop, and nightly rentals. Now, we own a scenic 15-acre property with a wedding venue, restaurant, and plans for cozy cabin accommodations. In my real estate career, I enjoy working with people making the transition to northwest Arkansas as new homeowners or business owners.
