About Tracy

Tracy Gill has performed in real estate development since 1993. He was soon presiding over companies that acquired and developed over 10,000 properties in 35 states. The work included overseeing assessing buyer criteria, contract negotiation, civil and structural engineering, soils, environmental, zoning and land use, and title work. To stay closer to home with family and friends in 2006 this deep work experience was transitioned over to residential real estate acquisition and sales. His experience allows him to confidently navigate his clients away from potential problems that may not surface until later in home ownership. Having assisted hundreds of buyers find their dream home and sellers move on when their desires may change, he is recognized as a professional with the highest integrity and attention to detail. He has a keen sense of looking ahead and provides a sense of comfort and peace throughout the process. With his client’s recognition of this he enjoys lasting relationships and repeat clients and many client referrals. Competently working in all Central Arkansas. He has great experience in patio style home communities throughout the metroplex, working with senior level clients, luxury homes, rural residential, urban setting and suburban settings, lots of new home construction experience. Tracy has always believed in the old adage of the farmer saying for each mile of road there are two miles of ditches. His goal is to stay focused on where you are going and look way ahead to keep from getting near the ditches. His continual education in the industry allows him the benefit of learning from others having landed in the ditch ahead of him all the while keeping him and his clients on the road to successful transactions.
