Kim Floyd is a native of Arkansas and has enjoyed serving her community as a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2011. Kim has the knowledge and personal experience to help you with your real estate needs, from marketing your home for sale, to assisting you in locating and purchasing your new dream home. Kim recently received the Little Rock Realtor's Association Bronze Award for sales in 2023. Kim was voted as one of AY's Magazine best Realtors in 2022 also 2023. Kim was honored to achieve a higher educational level as a "Broker" in 2022 through the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; Subsequently, Kim now serves her clients as a designated Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group. Kim has a pleasant personality and loves helping people in general. Kim loves serving in church while teaching, singing, and giving words of encouragement.
