Jerald Gardner is a dedicated real estate professional originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who has spent nearly 30 years living and working in the Central Arkansas area—including Conway, Little Rock, and Sherwood. With a strong background in business sales since 1999, Jerald brings expert negotiation skills and a client-focused approach to every transaction. As an Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group, Jerald is known for his integrity, exceptional client service, and unwavering work ethic. He has earned multiple Awards of Distinction throughout his real estate career and was named Rookie of the Year for his office in 2021. Real estate is more than a profession for Jerald—it’s a true passion. His commitment to excellence is reflected in how diligently he advocates for his clients from start to finish. Outside of his work, Jerald is a devoted husband and father, an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. He also serves on the board of the Little Rock Realtors® Association and holds a position on the Executive Board of the Arkansas Association of Realtists.
