Dorothy Willoughby is a seasoned Realtor and Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker RPM Group, serving Little Rock, Arkansas, and the surrounding areas including Pulaski, Saline, and Lonoke counties. Licensed since 2000, Dorothy brings over two decades of experience in residential real estate, specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors. She is particularly passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and corporate relocations—offering guidance, education, and long-term support throughout every stage of the transaction. Before transitioning to residential sales, Dorothy built a solid foundation in mortgage banking, serving as a review appraiser, DE underwriter, and the youngest President of the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association's Loan Administration Division. Her extensive background in finance and appraisal gives her clients a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and history with honors from the University of Memphis.
