About Serethia

In addition to being an Executive Broker of Coldwell Banker RMP Group in Hot Springs, Serethia is Platinum Level Sales Award Winner or more for the last 19 years and the Hot Springs Board of Realtors 2017 REALTOR of the Year. She believes that proven business accomplishments show good business conduct. Her accomplishments are based on her service to clients by meeting the challenges of today’s real estate market and serving as a role model in her industry. For the year of 2024, she is again a Platinum Sales Award Winner with a sales volume of over $5,300,000. Serethia Crawford is an outstanding leader in the community by volunteering hours and hours of time to her clients and her community. After her daughters graduated, she took her energy and expanded into the community at large. Serethia has distinguished herself by making outstanding contributions both in leadership and in her dedication to the welfare of Hot Springs. She makes it a habit of volunteering to service on committees and is on several local boards. She is very excited to be the newest member on the Executive Board of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber and the projects that this will bring. She is a member of the National and Arkansas Board of REALTORS and has served as a past Hot Springs Board of REALTORS Director for several years, she also is on the REALTORS Banquet, REALTOR Image, Finance and ARPAC committees. Serethia is always the “ring leader” for the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS Baggo Tournament for Special Olympics since conception. She is the infamous whistle blower at the HSBOR Fishing Derby for our area special needs kiddos… they love to hear that whistle blow when they catch a fish! She also weighs and takes the fish off the hook… a childhood passion of hers since the days of fishing with her dad. She is a very active member of the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors program being nominated EVERY year as Ambassador of the Year. This is based on points and participation in our community ribbon cuttings and events. For 7 years, she was on the American Heart Association Heart Ball committee. Gor several years, Serethia served on the Leadership Hot Springs Board which includes 2019 Past President. She is also on the Executive Board for the American Cancer Society for the past 8 years and served as the Relay for Life Chairperson for 2 years. Relay is a passion of hers as she lost her dad at the age of 58 to pancreatic cancer and her mom in 2016 of breast and colon cancer. She is the captain of the Coldwell Banker RPM REALTORS Relay for Life GOLD award winning team, raising over $7,200 at the Putt-Putt golf tournament with totals of over $51,000 raised over the years toward ACS’s vital research and treatment efforts… the only REALTOR team in Garland County. While serving as a March of Dimes Jail Bird, she made contributions to the community by helping also serving on several committees for fundraising events including CASA, the Hot Springs Jazz Society’s Joy of Jazz and the Charitable Christian Medical Clinic’s Golf Tournament and Chocolate Festival… and has no plans to stop now.
