It is a lovely tiny home - wholly restored from top to bottom. The inground pool has been filled in and will be turned into a raised bed garden area by the owner. There is an additional sewer hookup for an RV or double-wide mobile home. Round dining table and chairs do not convey. All other furniture is negotiable. The fire department is only a few blocks away. It is very energy efficient with a new mini split.
